Michael has been associated with Synergy since before it was called Synergy. He has appeared both onstage and directed and recently worked tech for the first time. Not long ago, Michael received is Masters Degree in acting from Brooklyn College.

Tim has appeared onstage for many shows since his first appearance with Synergy in 1986. Over the past 10 years, Tim has concentrated his efforts on directing and is always ready to lend a hand backstage as well.

Caroline has been a member of Synergy for several years, quickly building up an impressive resume of both on and off stage credits. Whether it's acting, working backstage, Stage Managing or building sets, Caroline never hesitates to jump in and help.

Without Judy, we'd all be naked! As principle costume designer for Synergy, she has single-handedly outfitted nearly every show. And if that doesn't keep her busy enough, she has been seen onstage in many Main Stage and Children's Theatre productions.

Rita has been involved with Synergy for several years and has appeared in numerous productions. She looks forward to helping shape the future of Synergy as a board member.

Jessica literally grew up with Synergy. She was just under two years old when her father joined the company. She has been around for many productions over the years and began actively working backstage while still in her teens. She has run lights and sound for several shows and has been Assistant Stage Manager as well. While not working on shows, she is the mom of two active young boys.

Kevin has been with Synergy over a dozen years working both onstage and behind the scenes. A few years ago, Kevin expanded Synergy's Long Island presence with a program nicknamed "Synergy on the Road" where he directed a series of one-act plays performed at numerous libraries around the island.
